I made this costume in about 250 hours! 90% of all fabrics used are from my Cosplay Fabrics line, with the blue Japanese butterfly brocade and black Ultrapreme as the center points! I dug as far back as the purple carbon fiber pleather we released in the first or second collection!!F

All the EVA Foam sheets and dowels used to make the armor is also my Cosplay Fabrics line. The teal bits on the arm guards are… keyboard keys!

Construction-wise, this was a challenging but fun build. Every piece had to be precise, so I made a ton of mock ups, and so many materials required weird techniques to manipulate. Techniques such as... Ironing interfacing on stretch vinyls, sewing boning to EVA foam then sewing that to a fabric cover, and hand painting then hand sewing strips of white fabric to make a bandage tube top!

I used two bernette sewing machines simultaneously to quickly switch between using a walking foot and a non-stick foot depending on what I was working on. 

I simplified the footwear from ninja sandals to boots but otherwise stuck very closely to the design!

My beautiful wig was a commission - my friend AllieCat Cosplay created a helmet wig that is a true masterpiece! Thank you again, Allie!
