Holiday Order Deadlines
Please order ASAP as delivery times are currently extended with every shipping service. For delivery by December 25, order by December 14 for continental US delivery, December 1 for everywhere outside the continental US, including Alaska, Hawaii, military overseas and all other countries.
Based on Yaya's 20+ years of experience of making costume items for herself as well as for the public, the unique and fun products offered in this store are designed with comfort, practicality, and durability in mind. Rest assured that you are purchasing quality products from an experienced artist, and each order, large or small, will be treated with the utmost respect and importance. If you are for any reason unhappy or unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do everything we can to resolve the problem and make things right.
Please understand that our items are crafted by hand, and it can occasionally take 5-8 days for us to create the item[s] you order, depending on materials and process. Usually we do have the item in stock and it will ship within a week. If you have a specific deadline, I would suggest ordering at least 3 weeks in advance. In case we run out of a certain material, the wait time for your item[s] can increase by a few days, but we try to stay stocked up on everything and get the pieces out the door ASAP.
WORBLA SHIPPING: Worbla starts melting at 175°F. Please order when it's unlikely for vehicles in the US to get this hot inside. Mail trucks do not have good air conditioning.
SHIPPING COMBINATIONS: We ship items together whenever possible. Orders containing posters are usually sent rolled in a tube, including any prints, calendars, and accessories you ordered which will also fit in the tube. Magazines and books will be shipped flat. Prints, magazines, and paperback books sent in a paperboard envelope will always have a "Do Not Bend" sticker on the package.
BUY 3 GET 1 PRINTS/POSTERS: Applies to regular price prints ($15) and regular price posters ($20.) Does not apply to clearance or sale items. Otherwise, get 1 random print free per 3 prints purchased, and/or get 1 random poster free per 3 posters purchased. For example, if you purchase 6 regular price prints and 3 regular price posters, you'll receive an additional 2 free random prints and 1 free random poster of Yaya's choosing.
AUTOGRAPHED/PERSONALIZED ITEMS: Yaya travels often, which can occasionally cause a small delay in autographed prints and posters shipping out. You can keep an eye on her Facebook page for her travel updates.
We use USPS to ship all of our orders, which generally take 2-5 business days to be delivered within the USA. International orders usually take two to three weeks to be delivered, but may take longer, depending on the country. The day your order ships, you should receive an automated email via Stamps.com with your tracking number. Please use a personal email address because .edu, .gov, and similar email clients often filter out receipt and tracking emails. If you don't get this within a week of ordering and there are no obvious reasons (such as your order needs an autograph and Yaya's out of town), please email with the full name you used when ordering. For orders outside the US, once tracking says the package has left the US (last stop is usually Miami, FL), please track the number using your local postal service as they will have information that USPS may not and they may require assistance from you to deliver your package. (This is especially true for Germany.) Please do not request that we mark values lower on customs forms—this is illegal and we will not do it. Though rare, buyers outside the US may incur import taxes from their government, which are not additional postage charges. Buyers are responsible for any such charges.
Although optional, we strongly recommend giving your phone number during checkout if you are ordering outside the US. This should help your local postal service contact you about any issues with delivery and avoid the expense of re-shipment. We promise never to call or text you and to never share your number with anyone but the postal service.
We are unable to accommodate rush shipping at this time. We reserve the right to cancel orders we aren't comfortable with for any reason.
