Why I chose to make this costume:
I decided to cosplay Yuuki from "Neo Ranga" May 2000 actually, when I first saw the show. I really enjoyed the character designs, intriguing body-paint/tattoos, flowing wrappings and jewelry.

How I made this costume:
The jewelry and wraps were created within one week prior to Fantasm, but the real work on this costume began the day of. Meg deserves major credit for this costume because she painted a lot of the tattoos on me and Elly. We got together on Saturday morning in the hotel and spent 3 hours painting and getting into the costumes. The tattoos/body-paint the characters wear are different in every picture, so we just used our favorite designs from several images.

My thoughts on this costume:
I wish more animes would have such dymanic and interesting character designs!
