I got to visit Hawaii for the first time in May of this year! A whole week on Oahu where I went swimming in the ocean, laid out on beautiful beaches, drove through the jungles of LOST, went scuba diving and shopping in Waikiki, visited the Polynesian Cultural Center and ate delicious food every day. 

It was the vacation I've been needing for a long time and I absolutely loved every second of it. Can't wait to go back to explore more of Oahu as well as the other islands.

I will try to do a more detailed write-up soon but for now enjoy some photos from Hawaii!

Underwater photos of our scuba diving adventure when we met two sharks, an octopus and a myriad of pretty reef fish!

Since I didn't want to drag my big SLR camera everywhere, I took a lot of photos with my iPhone 4, which does surprisingly nice shots.
